The in-room festive amenities have been thoughtfully designed and handcrafted by the Akha community, nestled in the mountains of Chiang Rai. The Christmas Tree – In its Reigning Third Year
At the heart of the celebration stands the iconic sustainable Christmas tree at the Living Room, 9th floor, now in its third year. Reimagined by acclaimed Thai artist Saruta “Pin” Kiatparkpoom of Pin Metal Art, the tree stands as a striking symbol of renewal, crafted entirely from upcycled metal and crowned with a radiant star. Complementing this centerpiece, smaller trees line the hallways, extending the festive spirit throughout the hotel and creating charming photo opportunities for guests who love to capture memorable moments. Each piece reflects Saruta’s distinctive artistry and commitment to sustainability, transforming recycled materials into festive masterpieces.

Giving Back to the Community with AKHA MA-DE
To further celebrate the season of giving, Park Hyatt Bangkok has partnered with AKHA MA-DE to create a meaningful in-room festive amenity. Each guest staying over the holidays (on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) will receive a handcrafted cotton token, inspired by the traditional maa-lai garland and classic mistletoe. Embassy Room La Marina, 9th floor, presents a coastal Italian celebration curated by Chef Alessio Banchero, inspired by the vibrant flavors of Mediterranean marinas.
