Park Hyatt Bangkok is proud to host the 4th annual Yuzu Safari + Masters of Food & Wine, led by Mason Florence, to showcase an exclusive, one-day celebration of yuzu — Japan’s most versatile and aromatic citrus fruit.
With its delicate balance of tartness, floral notes, and refreshing fragrance, yuzu has inspired chefs and artisans for centuries. In Bangkok, a city where culinary traditions and innovations constantly meet, Yuzu Safari returns to showcase the artistry of leading chefs from across Asia, each bringing their own interpretation of this iconic Japanese ingredient.
For the past three editions, Yuzu Safari has grown into one of the region’s most anticipated culinary collaborations. This year, Park Hyatt Bangkok — a destination renowned for its refined luxury, contemporary design, and dedication to the arts of gastronomy and hospitality — provides the perfect stage for an immersive afternoon of workshops, a vibrant cocktail reception, and a spectacular six-course dinner.

A roving sake trolley enhances the dining journey, with guests receiving keepsake sake cups. Wines curated by Jev (MTCH), Koko Wines, Wine Garage, with premium sake from BB+B, and include artisanal Japanese wines by Natan labels and international natural-style selections.
Special guest, Namika Inoshita, the founder and winemaker of Natan Wines, represents a new generation of Japanese natural wine producers from Shikoku. Her approach focuses on minimal intervention and expressive terroir, creating wines that reflect both craftsmanship and femininity. Her Shikoku-grown natural wines will be featured throughout the Yuzu Safari dinner, complementing the evening’s sake and Yuzu-inspired dishes.

Yuzu Safari is a rare opportunity to witness the extraordinary skills of chefs from across Asia, united by one ingredient. From soba noodles to pastry, from tuna butchery to sake pairings, every element reflects the beauty of Japanese cuisine and the remarkable versatility of yuzu.
All ticket holders will enjoy exclusive access to the afternoon workshops and The Pantry Cocktail Hour before the six-course dinner — making this one of Bangkok’s most incredible and value-packed culinary journeys, from day to night.
