Chef-Artist Janice Wong debuts her 2026 Mid-Autumn collection in Thailand with an exclusive seasonal pop-up at Siam Paragon, Basement Level. The collection showcases her signature Baked Floral & Tea mooncakes and a Limited Edition Wooden Lantern designed as a collectible sculptural keepsake.
Janice Wong drew inspiration from the flowers and teas of Singapore and the wider East. Consequently, the collection transforms familiar Mid-Autumn traditions into edible works of art. Janice Wong designed every mooncake in-house. As a result, each piece reflects her signature style of blurring the boundaries between art, design, and pastry.
This debut marks the brand’s growing presence across Southeast Asia. Therefore, it brings Janice Wong’s boundary-pushing culinary artistry to Thai audiences for the first time.
Gathered in the Glow
Janice Wong created this year’s collection for gifting and shared celebrations. Above all, it embraces the spirit of gathering around the Mid-Autumn lantern. While each mooncake offers a delicious moment, the sculptural wooden lantern lasts much longer. Thus, it serves as a keepsake that celebrates memories made around the table.
The centrepiece is the Limited Edition Wooden Lantern, personally designed by Janice Wong. Inspired by the geometric folds of traditional paper lanterns, the wooden sculpture is finished in deep crimson beneath a contrasting teal crown. Opening to reveal eight Floral & Tea baked mooncakes, it also houses a ceramic plate and two matching forks created exclusively for the collection.
Thoughtfully created for meaningful gifting, the Limited Edition Wooden Lantern is priced at ฿2,500. Combining edible art with functional design, it transforms traditional mooncake packaging into a collectible keepsake to be displayed and enjoyed long after the festivities have ended.
