North & Central America
The United States leads North America with powerhouse venues in New York—including Double Chicken Please (No.53), Superbueno (No.61), and Employees Only (No.78). New Orleans’ Jewel of the South (No.64) and Chicago’s Kumiko (No.70) round out the US selection.
Mexico expands its footprint with Mexico City newcomer Form + Matter (No.59), classic favorite Licorería Limantour (No.63), and Arca (No.67) in Tulum. Central America marks a historical debut as Otro Bar (No.82) becomes the first bar in San José, Costa Rica, to earn a spot on the list.
