Starting in the North with Lanna-Style Tomato Confit Salad, where the simple yet profound sweetness of Royal Project avocado meets intense tomato confit, served in an elegant golden pastry shell. The experience moves to the Center with flower-shaped Thai dumplings, an ancient royal court dessert reimagined with fragrant shiitake mushrooms from Wang Nam Khiao.
